J Michael Walker is the author of
which was awarded the 2009 Independent Publishers Association Award for Best Regional Non-Fiction on the Pacific-West
and the 2009 U.S. Review of Books: Eric Hoffer Award for Art Book of the Year.
All the Saints also took Honorable Mention for Best Photography/Art Book at the 2009 San Francisco Book Festival.
J Michael also designed, illustrated, co-edited, and contrbuted to
Waiting for Foreign: LA Writers on (and in) Guadalajara (Peregrino Press, 2010).
J Michael is also a poet (Some of his poetry is accessible in the link lower right).
